NOLA

Nothing like a little vacay and a whole lot of HUMIDITY to celebrate
Fathers Day and your 7th Anniversary.

Didn't realize we would be staying at the most "Haunted" hotel in New Orleans

Mama and Baby didn't seem to mine
and Kirk was just happy to have the nightly 10pm PB&J's and Piping Hot Cocoa

Bourbon Street

Garden District

Strolled back into the late 1800's. Fell in love. Snuck back at night to peek into lit up windows. Amazing.

Above ground cemetary in Garden District. Interesting or Creepy? Undecided.

Swamp Tour

Out on the Bayou

Cafe Du Monde Beignets
$2.14 for absolute indulgent deliciousness

For the Girl whose Junior research paper was based on Gone with the Wind, I couldn't get enough of the plantations. (Oak Alley Plantation)

Brookers!!! Okay, girl, I'm soooo behind on catching up with you! What kills me is that you were just a few hours drive away from me when you came to New Orleans!! I'm sure it was a great trip for you guys. Next time you come out this direction, though, we've GOT to meet up!! It feels so good knowing you've been in my neck of the woods and I can't wait to see you in just a matter of weeks!!!!! Love you lots!
